Pneumatic ball valve's structural characteristics:

Pneumatic actuator: a new ATM series of pneumatic actuators, double acting and single acting (spring reset), rack and pinion drive, safe and reliable; TMAW series of large diameter valves using pneumatic actuator fork transmission, reasonable structure, large output torque, double acting and single acting type (spring reset); reference to the company's pneumatic actuator samples.

Shell structure: Fixed ball valves can be designed in three forms – casting, forging, and welding – to meet different user needs and actual working conditions. The fully welded structure of the ball valve is mainly applicable for buried use.

Unique valve seat seal structure: Floating ball valves feature a flexible lip seal design to ensure sealing reliability and wear resistance. For low pressure, high pressure, or vacuum conditions, ball valves with a spring-loaded valve seat sealing structure and valve stem seal groove design can ensure long-term reliable sealing. For high-temperature ball valves, the valve seat materials can be composite graphite or metal.

Fixed ball valve and ball according to the size of the pressure, dielectric properties and sealing requirements of different front seal structure, seal structure before and after the ball or a double seal structure. The valve seat materials, high temperature ball valve can be used for digital polystyrene or metal materials.

Blocking and excretion; when the valve is in the closed state, on the downstream side of the seat so that the liquid blocking, matter deposited in the body cavity can be excreted through the drainage device.

Automatic pressure relief structure; In the event of any unusual increase in cavity pressure, the medium in the cavity can automatically push the seat and relieve pressure from the valve, thereby ensuring safety.

Reliable stem seal; the valve stem seal adopts an inverted structure, increasing the sealing force with increasing medium pressure. This ensures a reliable seal for the valve stem and prevents smoke from the stem during abnormal pressure surges.

Fire-safe structure; the ball valve structure can be designed to be fire-safe according to specific conditions and user requirements. The fire-safe design of the ball adheres to API607 and JB/T6899 standards. In the event of a fire and damage to the soft sealing ring, the fire-safe structure of the ball valve can prevent significant leakage of the medium, thereby preventing further fires.

Anti-static structure; during valve operation, friction between the ball and seat can generate and accumulate electrostatic charge on the ball. To prevent electrostatic sparks, a special anti-static device is incorporated into the valve to dissipate accumulated charge from the ball.

Full bore and reduced bore structure; To meet diverse user needs, the company offers ball valve products in full bore and reduced bore series. Full bore ball valves have a channel diameter consistent with the pipe diameter, facilitating easy cleaning. Reduced bore ball valves are relatively lighter, with flow resistance only 1/7 of that of a stop valve of the same caliber, offering broader application prospects.
