Product Introduction
The electric ball valve has a simple structure, consisting of only a few parts, and consumes little data. It is small in size, lightweight, has a small installation footprint, and requires a small driving torque. As a pressure regulating valve, it is easy to operate and agile, requiring only a 90° rotation for quick opening and closing. It also offers good flow regulation effects and sealing characteristics. In large and medium diameter, medium and low pressure applications, the electric ball valve is the dominant valve type. When the electric ball valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the disc is the resistance to the medium flowing through the valve body, resulting in a small pressure drop across the valve, thus providing better flow control characteristics. The electric ball valve has two sealing types: soft seal and metal seal. For elastomeric sealing valves, the sealing ring can be mounted on the valve body or attached to the periphery of the disc. Valves with metal seals are generally longer than those with elastic seals but are more difficult to achieve a complete seal. Metal seals can adapt to higher operating temperatures, while elastic seals have temperature limitations. If the electric ball valve is to be used for flow control, it is important to accurately select the size and type of valve. The construction principle of the electric ball valve is particularly suitable for the manufacture of large diameter valves.
